The Department of Education in the UK has recently announced a Bank Holiday on the 19th of September for the Queen's State Funeral. In their post on social media, the department stated that "Monday 19th September will be a Bank Holiday to mark Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral. Schools and colleges will be closed for the Bank Holiday."
